Graduated at last!

Hurrah! It took me 4 months but as a carer and mum I could only manage two runs a week, very pleased with myself though as could barely manage a couple minutes in the beginning. What's this thing about a graduation badge, is it a real one or virtual one?! And how do I get one?! Thanks.

It is a virtual one you can get here against your name :D but i beleive you can buy a real pin badbge also

There is a thread to get your graduate badge , if you click on All things |Couch to 5K on the right under Topics there is " graduation badge" under Pinned posts :D

I think you have to click on a link somewhere to get that very well deserved GRADUATE badge.

You thoroughly deserve it. Congratulations.

Many, many congratulations Sunabi. That's a great achievement. You must be feeling very chuffed with yourself as you should be.

It would be great if you would post and tell us how you're getting on with your future runs. We love to hear how everyone is doing.

Well done, I graduated today as well!

:-)

Thanks everyone, I will sort the badge out and post my times, I actually did my first 'post-couch25k' run today with the run keeper app and kept going as I was determined to actually run 5k! Took 37.01 mins which I was quite chuffed with, and I'm still able to walk some hours later!! Congrats Barefootrunner, great feeling to graduate hey!
