So no more excuses for not keeping up with the programme! I've been blaming the weather for my lack of progress over the past few weeks, but no longer!!! Back to W3 and taking it pretty slowly at the moment, but looking forward to seeing some progress over the next few weeks. It feels quite different running on a treadmill so may take a wee bit of getting used to!

Happy New year :D good luck with the treadmill , have never used one but understand the feel is very different .. keep us posted on your progress :D :D
