Bad Cow

Well, this mad cow has been a bit of a silly cow and entered the Mad Cow 10k race. It's not till August so hopefully I will have enough time to reach that distance. Not sure what I've let myself in for though as its laps with a Love Station (cakes blackberry vodka,cider and hugs) at the end of the lap

I hope so. It's only 20 minutes from me and fairly flat I think - I suspect round a forest track - and a twilight race which is the time I prefer running.
