Wow, you're getting super speedy, well done that man! Despite all my interval training & bpm music recently, I still seem to do 4k in 30 mins only, at least I am consistent! Great run rob x
Thanks marly i did go off a tad quick oops 1st KM pace 10.06 km/h . way to fast even for me consistent is good marly x
I think you need to change your name......
haha not yet
Brilliant Rob .... I am so impressed with that, I still remember us both struggling through the early C25K weeks and now look... you are so close to that 30min 5K.
Will certainly be out again tomorrow night bashing the pavement!!!
Thanks Andy struggle we did but we got through them a little way to go yet for that magic 30mins
I know i went off to quick tonight , main thing waqs ot get my 30moin run in
Hope your run is a little warmer and dryer tomorrow
Went out last night and it was pretty cold even with a thin jacket so just did a couple of miles. I think I am going to try and limit my runs to 30mins whilst its cold... but hopefully get the best out of that time that I can!
think it was about 2 or 3 tonight and misty rain , didn't wear a jacket yet but had gloves on the hot shower when i get back was wonderful though
Well done. This even older one is learning some new tricks as well lol
thanks Jo you too
You're getting really fast Rob - need a name change now!
Thanks ully maybe if I get to 30 mins
