Today was run 2 and decided to drive to the park and run along the river seeing as it was so nice. Got ready then calamity! Switched on my iPod and my week 7 podcast had disappeared

That happened to me with week 9. I hope you still managed your run as it was lovely out this morning.

It looks like half my post has disappeared. Used my phone to track my time and actually ran 27 mins so I was really chuffed. Missed Laura though!
