When I started a few weeks ago I was 100% sure I couldn't do it. Changed my thinking around, planned my route and kept building up slowly.
I found the app annoyed me so built up slowly with jog/walks as it suggested and listened to music instead.
A few weeks later I've done my first 5k and loved it. Can't wait to keep on going now, getting a bit quicker and building up to 10k in time.
