So tonight's run saw me finishing of week six at last. I was meant to do run two again but decided to go for it. The foot injury that has been dogging me for that week or so behaved itself.

I got to 15 minutes and had settled into a good pace and my legs switched to auto and my breathing felt as normal as when I go walking. I managed to keep going and made minor changes to my pace when I needed to catch a moment.

I knew I could keep up for 20 mins and all I had to do was find another 5. I stuck to the pace and carried on, I felt happy with what I was doing and nothing from the foot. As soon as the 60 second mark hit I managed to open the throttle and speed through to the finish. Had I stuck to the pace I had been using then I am sure I could have run for longer but no point tempting fate and causing injury.

Week seven, I'm not sure you know what is about to land on your door step.

Si cassa.
