Took my trainers for their first run today so they are no longer shiny new. Nice and bouncy -felt very well cushioned! I think they make me go faster! Ha! Well - at least I did my run- I was tired and hungover - so I was chuffed to be determined enough to compete - roll on wk5! (Eeek)

Well done on you run and glad to hear the new trainers are working for you.

Also glad to hear you are looking forward to and determined to face week five. My only advice is keep going and do not worry about run 3. Took me a little while to find out but you will be ready to do it.

Good luck and have fun.

Yep - will try and stay in the moment with it. I still don't understand plateau concept- but it's probably a good thing! Keep us posted!

Well done on run 2. I actually felt I had some more left in the tank when I finished.

Bought some proper running tops today!

All in black. I look like I am going to storm the Iranian embassy, not run and walk a bit!

Haha! It feels like a revolution of kinds though doesn't it?! Well done- if nothing else they will dry quicker than cotton ones!
