At least I managed nearly 10k.

No just doing a repeat of one of the B210K runs 3 * 18 mins but I ran for the intervals as well.
Ooh what are you doing now? Is that an app or podcast? I've signed up for a 10k in feb and have no idea how to get up to that! I need help!!!!
After c25k I did b210k bridge to 10k with sami the first podcast was quiet but the otherscwere good and it got me to 10k in 5 weeks. It was tough and not everyone likes it. I just run to some of the podcasts for a change

That's an awful long way on a treadmill GF. What did you do to distract yourself? I think you're right about sweating it out. It always makes you feel better. But I don't know how you exercise late in the evening and then sleep!
