Well frankly I was dreading this as mylegs were sore from run 1. However I put the headphones in and started run 1. It started to dawn on me that I had seemed to have run a lot further than the other day. I slowed down to check my phone to find that the headphone socket had pulled out, and I had run for three and a half minutes instead of one and a half!
After mumbling "s***" under my breath, I realised that this was actually a good thing and I could actually run for longer than I thought.
I finished the rest of the run with comparative ease. So truthfully, this the first time I' m thinking I might actually be able to do this programme! Very very early days I know though!
