Hi guys,
I started C25K last year and reached to week 7 but unfortunately for some reasons I couldn't finish it. Now, I'm pregnant and want to keep myself in shape and not to gain this horrible amount of weight that I used to gain in all my previous 3 pregnancies. So I have started C25K last week and finished my first week already. Do you guys think that I can finish Week 9 while I'm pregnant? please notice that I might be in week 23-25 when I reach Week 9. Does anyone have the same experience ? Thank you
