Well I struggled a few weeks ago doing 1 min, 3 mins and 5 mins and now I am regularly doing 30 mins now.... and I have been stepping up the speed. I know it not much but started off at 6.5 doing week 6 and 7 on the dreadmill. Today I did the first 20 mins at 7.2, next 5 at 7.3 then next 4 at 7.5 and the last minute at 8.5 ( sorry to bore you but also a bit of a mental reminder) not bad for an old girl
Feeling good and looking forward to the weekend when i get my gown and hat ready

What does that mean? Are those how long 1KM takes? Or KPH? I guess you are using a treadmill..
Ooooh get you "regularly doing 30 minutes now" ! Woohoo. Great stuff Jude!! You've done really well and you're going to smash your final run. Taking great care of course! We don't want any dramas at this point in the proceedings
Right then C25kers pom poms at the ready. I've dug out me rah rah skirt speshly!
Well done you! That is a good speed on the treadmill. I know because I just finished a run and was doing about the same speed. You are going to be graduating in the next day or so then! That badge is getting shined as we speak!
Thank you - it is nice to hear form another Treadmill runner, I know that I have to get to speed 10 to get to the 5K in 30 mins, so stepping it up a bit.... I may try some speed 10 mins running, 3 mins walking x 3 to get my speed up after Sunday
He is not in to running really, although we were doing the C25K Together, but he has had cold and bad back so not done it for 6 -7 weeks!!! no staying power! I suppose seeing as it is getting darker nights I might give it ago hehe
