I decided to repeat week 6 as i had a cold last week and although i completed the week felt I could of done better.Run 1 done in the wind ,rain and dark.felt quite strong tonight. One real benefit seems to be a noticeable lowering of my heart rate. Week one resting rate was 74bpm this morning it was 62bpm. must be getting fitter !!!!!!
