Can anyone help me with a healthy eating plan that would help me along with C25K? I'd be extremely grateful if someone could message me thanks x

I used this as the basis of my shopping list this weekend... got most of it except for yogurt which to me is just gone off milk ;-)

What a useful link - thanks for posting. I will certainly add a few of these ingredients to my shopping basket and do my best to incorporate them into my meals. I can't do the high fibre cereal, but I'll add some almonds and blueberries to my porridge.

There is an NHS weight loss guide similar to C25k. It's worth looking up as it gives advice about portion size, and has a food diary which helps me when I know I have to tot up the calories at the end of the day.

I combined c25k with Weightwatchers. I've done that sort of thing before and failed miserably. But the combination with running has made it stick. I've maintained my current weight for 18 months now.

I followed guidelines on the NHS site and applied a 1400 calorie intake alongside the C25K. I lost well over a stone and felt great - alongside 5 inches off my waist and 4 inches off my hips. The NHS website was really helpful and as tanyag mentioned there is a good log sheet that accompanies the 9 week eating plan. Also I took to making 5:2 recipes as part of the calorie counting.

Hope this helps.
