After 10 and a half months of a nine week programme I am almost there. Despite knee injuries, back injuries, hip injuries and having to totally remodel my running style, I've now run for 30 minutes, not once, but twice! Not quite the full 5k yet (about 4.5 this morning), but considering that this time last year I got out of breath texting, I'm rather proud of how I've done!
Thanks for everyone's supportive comments over the last months. It's been great fun being part of a community that is so positive!!
