Hard couple of days as we have had a family bereavement, spent yesterday surrounded by family reminiscing but was very glad to pop the trainers on this morning and clear my head. Cried for the first ten minutes while having felt very cathartic. So glad I've found running!
One more to go and so close to the magical 5k!
