Just done my first run of week 3. Definitely a step up but I would encourage anyone thinking about doing C25k to give it a try. The podcasts are really good.

Well done on starting week 3, it's a fab programme isn't it? I'm very pleased I found out about it, and sing it's praises to just about anybody who will listen! Good luck with your next run

I did week 3 run 1 myself yesterday, 4 weeks later than I should have due to injury. It is definitely a step up.

I don't remember ever in my life running continuously for 3 minutes before, let alone doing it twice in the space of 10 minutes!
