Almost sounds like a title for something! Well that's week 2 done although it was not the best of runs. I now know which socks NOT to wear when running though it did take my mind of the stiff knee momentarily lol. Felt a bit flat as I had to go slow but I did it, iced my knee, then a nice hot bath and some painkillers seemed to do the trick. So that's it Week 2 finished and hopefully good to go for week 3 on Sunday
