I have inspired some new takers

I'm really so pleased that I just wanted to share with you guys.

I've raved about this C25K with genuine enthusiasm - it really is the best thing ever.

I can see and feel the benefits, which I'm obviously delighted about.

I'm also amazed that others can see some good changes too - mainly I'm looking slimmer and clearly fitter, trimmer and generally more healthy looking

So I'm delighted that I know of 5 people who have begun this programme as a direct result of being inspired by me. And I know there's a few more who have shown interest and may or may not take the plunge..

I'm looking forward to the challenges of the new season.. although hope the weather is kind enough to allow safe running for my 3 runs a week.

I am doing exactly the same, but have only managed to get 3 people to start so far. I get regular updates by email letting me know how they are getting on too, which is great to hear.

Thats great - its such a great programme. my partner completed the programme and my sister is having a go too. So i think if one person does it and then they rave about it and get another person to do it - soon the roads will be cleared of cars and everyone will be running!!! ........Well not really but you know what i mean
