Well done! That's fab news :) I'm doing my second run of week 1 today, how did you find it? :)

Better than the first run. Possibly cos I had a better idea of what to expect but I left 2 days in between runs cos my legs ached from the first run. Felt really great after but I really stretched out my leg muscles when I got home and that certainly paid off.

I think I started out a little too enthusiastically on R3 though cos I had to slow myself down a little. Was so excited about doing the last one ;) But as everyone here keeps saying... slow and steady. And stretched again after. Really does help.

Good luck with your run and let us know how you get on :)

Aww great to hear you found it a lot better! :)

I did run 2 on the sand which killed my ankles haha I start week 2 next week but not sure I'm ready.

Where are you up to with it now? Yeah stretching is a good idea, slow and steady wins the race hehe :)

Wow! That was brave. But you did it! :) Hope your ankles are better for your next run. And if you can run on sand I'm sure you'll be well ready for W2.

I start week 2 tomorrow so up bright and early and out before I can change my mind ;)
