new beginnings
Hi Tracey, welcome Congratulations on your first run which I think is the hardest!
Those nerves may well turn into excitement as you progress so try not to worry and enjoy the feeling of achieving your first run of week one ( w1R1)!
Well done!
Welcome Tracey and well done for taking that first step. A great achievement. Be sure to post and let us know how you get on. This forum and the programme will support you all the way to 30 minutes running. Good luck
Hi and welcome You have taken the hardest step in getting out of the door, the rest is just having faith in the program, taking it slow and steady and you will be running 30 mins by the end of the program, however long it takes you. I repeated a few runs as do quite a few people after all it doesn't matter. I think it does as much for mental confidence as it does for physical strength. Enjoy run 2.
Well done on your first run! That's the hardest one down. You will be just fine, just follow the programme and you will be amazed at what your capable of. Use the forum too help you, always a great source of motivation when you are needing it. Congrats, hope your proud!
Well begun is half done! Good for you taking the first steps.
