New time, new distance , new pace - nothing left in the tank at the end and could have cried when Laura said 'only 5 mins left' - I thought it was only 60secs!!
But OMG I just ran for 30mins , I remember the 3 min run thinking 10x this ! No way ...... But WAY HEY

Congrats! It's a good feeling, isn 't it - and quite amazing how the body copes with longer times so quickly. Great pace, too. Well done, that badge is almost yours...
Woo hoo! Well done Emma... that moment you realise "hey, I just ran non-stop for 30 minutes" is a pretty special one... look how far you've come in just 8 short weeks....
2 more runs and you'll be a graduate! Congratulations on a great run at a great pace too might I add..
Fantastic well done Ejbirdy. A great feeling and pretty constant pace that's a brilliant run. Not long now for that shiny badge. Don't forget to stretch those marvellous muscles.
Way to go Birdy!!!!!! You nailed it. Good lass. Glad you hung in there and didn't quit. Just keep going. Finishing is everything and you did the job
You must be well chuffed with that, and so you should be. Two runs to go. Stay slow Birdy. Don't do owt extravagant at this stage will you. Easy does it. No dramas!
Pom poms at the ready, throat being cleared, finish tape being unfurled. C25k posse gathering to cheer you home. Can you hear the buzz, feel the positive vibes ((((((()))))))
