All change and a cheeky squirrel

Well I shook it all up this morning , new route , new time , new pace , chewing gum, carried my iphone rather than arm strap , left the water at home as I chose today to run laps round my local park rather than the sea front.

W8R2 done and and making progress on pace and distance - the last minute felt like the first one from week 1!!

I was stalked by a cheeky squirrel who had to keep stopping and starting to keep pace with me :)

Chuffed to bits :) :) :)

Well done Ejbirdy.

Must admit I never run exactly the same route every time. I often take a detour.

I try and guess the half way mark to aim to set off back towards home. I have once or twice gone too far, ran out of steam and had a long walk back home.

I'm thinking of running my routes backwards.

Good luck with graduating.

Good for you! Change it up as needed. I tried the gum. Ended up biting my tongue :)
