Well I shook it all up this morning , new route , new time , new pace , chewing gum, carried my iphone rather than arm strap , left the water at home as I chose today to run laps round my local park rather than the sea front.
W8R2 done and and making progress on pace and distance - the last minute felt like the first one from week 1!!
I was stalked by a cheeky squirrel who had to keep stopping and starting to keep pace with me

Must admit I never run exactly the same route every time. I often take a detour.
I try and guess the half way mark to aim to set off back towards home. I have once or twice gone too far, ran out of steam and had a long walk back home.
