Thanks lots! I think slow is the key!!! I struggled so much on run 1. Was ok on run 2 as I really slowed it down so hopefully be ok. I'm getting nervous!! Will let you know! You may hear the cheer!!!

Now, Week 6. A bit of a funny bu**er is week 6. You're ready for it though as you've done all the previous weeks runs, so you'll be fine. Just go very steady would be my advice. If you go really nice and steady then you will finish well.
