fantastic dayyyyyy!!!!!!

I didn't go out till nearly noon today as had haircut appointment first thing. Couldn't wait to get back and out into the sunshine and the fantastic cooling breeze!!!!! Did my usual laps around the local rec --just I wish i could remember to count each one as i do it, but i think i get into the 'zone' sometimes and forget!!!!

Loves young dream lying right in the middle of the rec totally oblivious to anyone but each other, bless them. Mums and youngsters on the play equipment and me the lone runner circling the whole scene. It was so lovely over there today and i got home feeling real good and rather sweaty i might add, straight into my stretches and knee dips-thanks Oldgirl for the exercises they seem to be helping.

Days like to day make me feel so glad to be alive and to have the health and energy still to complete these runs. Off to the much needed shower now!!!!

What a lovely day! Sounds idyllic. I have a lovely local park and it's great to see folks using and enjoying them isn't it. Being able to run laps round it even better! Well done.
