I loved Sami Murphy podcasts but it's only five weeks, which is a bit hard going. I got bogged down a bit on week four but I kept plugging away and finally cracked it. The music is really good in places which made it much more enjoyable. Sami is a tough cookie and doesn't say much but she kicks butt

I think if you do it, do so with an open mind and be prepared to do it over a longer period if needs be. You don't want to struggle to keep pace with it and then get injured
Do the Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura first. They're the C25k+ podcasts and they're available here too
KittyKat has it spot on. Be aware that there are other options which could be better for you. Also, be aware that this type of B210K programme involves a big time commitment, and that in itself (apart from the risk of injury) might be enough to make the above suggestion of increasing the length of one run per week more appealing.
Just to iterate some of the points made above, I graduated C25k with a host of injuries due to trying to do too much too soon. I found a 10 week programme to get to 10k, and actually combined it with a 10 week b28k programme to give me a 20 week programme. This might be too much for you, but I looked into Sam's programme and thought that 5 weeks was too much too quickly for me. This 20 week programme has been much better for me as it's helped me build up my stamina and endurance. I'm now coming to the end of it and will be repeating it with a focus on speed.
