Hi all

Went to the docs abouts twinges in my knee and hip. I personally think this is just my weaker leg but didn't want it to get worse. Anyway, whilst waiting for my physio appointment I have had no twinges at all! Sods Law right?! Still going to the appointment today but not sure how to explain this to them :S

You were lucky to get a referral. Our GP won't refer anyone for anything it seems!

They can feel tightness when they look at you. It doesn't have to be active. Just remember to tell the what is important for you to be able to do. Sometimes they just work on getting you active rather than running again if you don't let the know its a priority.

UPDATE -

Well it was definitely worth going. Not much wrong with the knee but weakness in the thigh and tightness in the hip. Nothing that can't be rectified :) Been given some exercises and stretches to do. Happy Days!
