I must admit I have jumped two runs but I could have run for longer at the end of Week 8 Day 1 and figured if I could I would and I did!!!!
I am amazed, absolutely amazed at how far I can run!!!! Looking forward to my next two runs and finally graduating. I managed just over 2.2 miles today so I am hoping to increase the distance a little as I go on.
