Lovely run in the rain early this morning. Me and Molly dog arrived home looking like a couple of drowned rats, but feeling good. Hair washed in rain feels soft and silky so an added bonus. Apparently rainwater is good for hair! Happy running all.

Yep, shot ting it down here at the moment and I'll be popping out for a run in about an hour. Looking forward to it
