Up & off

When it's my work week I usually run to work in a morning , but there's something really off putting about running to work , I never enjoy it ! So I now try to get up really early & do. 5 k before work , home , shower & cycle to work ( which I do enjoy ) . I was out the house at 5.15 , ran 5 k in 32. 55 this time , but at my nice pace not like last time when I went for gold lol . Really enjoyed it & hope I can continue being a early riser , because it's better than doing it at end off a ten hr shift ! Happy running folks & hope all is well .

That's dedication ;) Not sure if I'm an 'early' runner or not yet. I. can't see I would be as I think I prefer running at the end of my working day but, in your case, I appreciate that may not be that easy.

Don't know how long I'll keep on enjoying it though Paul ,coz I'm not a morning person

I don't have a problem with early mornings but for me I think it would be too much of a faff on. I'll probably try it some time just to see though.

Sounds like that sets you up for the day! I love early runs- but I haven't managed to get up quite that early. :-) x

Early runs are the best but it seems you are having to get up at silly o clock like miles_yonder! Make the most of these light mornings!
