Well done! I agree that this new found joy of running is amazing and life changing.

Take care not to go mad at this point, overdo things, and get hurt! Build up slowly and patiently, eating right and doing some other exercise to be fit enough to sustain your body through longer runs. Your skeleton needs to be ready too - not just your lungs

Most of all feel happy about your runnng, enjoy it and keep doin it!

Yeehah!

Ha Ha miss wobble - thats what they told us last night and I laughed my head off because I honestly don't think I could over do it if I tried. I could in the earlier weeks as I often felt like running every day but now the time has got longer I am here by the skin of my teeth (still love it though!). I do need to be patient though I think my gremlins are there because I expect quicker progress but I know I have a long way to go when my rational hat is on :)
