I am doing ok but seem to be struggling with 28 minutes went last night and got to 20 minutes but felt so out of breath I found I was trying to slow down but couldn't enough to stop the rasping breaths.... Can other people hear you?. Or does it sound louder than it is .... I don't know whether to carry on to run 3 or go back some weeks mmmmm

My suggestion would be that you start off slower. Then if you feel ok start to speed up. I can actually walk faster than i run sometimes. Then hopefully you will not get too out of breath.

I would just try to repeat run 2. It's a bit of an endurance test, not a sprint. As Marc _r says, too easy to start out fast and run out of steam! Try taking it really slow - then slow down some more - you can do this! So close now....

I'm with Ullyrunner, you don't need to go back, just do run 2 again until you've cracked it (however uncomfortably!) Are you running round the house still - I reckon that may have an impact and it might be easier outside.

You might just have had a bad day... It happens to all of us.

Myself I'd take an extra day rest and try again.

same as everyone says huggit, slow, then slower, aim is to complete not speed, good luck
