Changed my route this morning for w9r1 and think this helped. Not too bad but glad when finished!

Well done. I think changing the route sometimes helps a lot as without realising we set ourselves markers and I found sometimes they were my biggest downfall. Not long now.

Good for you. I use the same route at the moment as to me it is like a comfort blanket! I am starting to know every pothole, every rut and every puddle! But, like you I will start week 9 tomorrow and next week we (dog and I) shall be off to pastures news... well forest tracks in our case!

Not long now until you get the shiny badge. Oftentimes a new route is exactly what's needed to keep the momentum going. It made a massive difference to me personally when I was nearing the end of the programme. Well done and good luck with runs 2and3
