Moving on to week 5 or not ?

Hello everyone this is my 1st post. I've just completed my three runs for week 4 but really struggled with the 5 minute intervals and had to stop running for a few seconds each time. Now I'm wondering wether to repeat week 4 completely or to move on to week 5? Anyone got any advice please? Thanks

I was exactly the same as you starting week 5. It seemed like such a big jump but decided to try. Pushed to hard run one was disheartened but after asking on here decided to try run two and I did it! Just go for it have faith in yourself and the plan!

Welcome :) I would say give it a go. See how you feel. If, after trying it, you don't feel comfortable, then redo week 4 run 3 until you feel your stamina and fitness have improved and then move on to week 5. You know your own body but don't be afraid to try week 5, you just may surprise yourself. Good luck.

Give week 5 a try! You'll be surprised! If you still feel redoing some or all of week 4 is what you should do, then do it. You are doing amazing :-)

Have an extra day rest and move on to week 5.
