I read that the other day - he's an amazing bloke... what an inspiration!
Wow, amazing.
Wow, just shows. I truly believe there is an inner sporty person in all of us. Just in different degrees. I also think the euphoria we feel from learning to run is that person going YAY I am free.
Yay. thanks for posting. A very inspriational story. And just a complete wow at how he's turned his hobby into being an elite athlete.
Truly amazing. It really does show that anything is possible. Any naysaying friends/relatives/colleagues and so on should be shown this story. (And promptly told to shut up!) Run! Be proud of it! Anything is possible!
One word, wow! Thanks for sharing, great story
Crikey this guy is like a machine. I can't even begin to think what running 100Km would be like. What an amazing story, thanks for sharing the link.
Steve Way often runs at the Poole Parkrun-here's a link to a recent interview during which he gave this top piece of advice "3 tips for a novice - consistency, consistency and consistency. If you can manage to run 3 times a week, week after week - you will improve if you stick at it, patience is key in the world of endurance sports."
Thanks for this post- what an amazing item. We should all be cheering him on in Glasgow!
