I started C25km 5 weeks ago after overhearing about it at the hairdressers. I have never been able to run the length of myself ever, ever before but today I managed week 5 run 3!! Can not quite believe it. Reading all the advice on here helped me prepare - and slow and calm was order of the day (although around about 17 mins a bit of pleading was added!) The podcast suggests repeating week 5 and I think I might do that just to consolidate things, wondered about other people's experiences? I thought I would feel euphoric but I feel slightly dazed maybe if I can repeat the success then I will start to believe it. Sorry about cat picture - added it but can't get it out now or move it lol.
