Interesting heart rhythm on Week 5 Run 2!

Just completed W5R2 this morning and was surpassed that on my first 8min run, after 6mins my heart rate stopped rising, and actually started to slow down!

Same thing happened not he second 8min run, I guess I just settled into a "groove" that the heart and body was happy with.

Really looking forward to run 3 on Monday, my first 20min run.
