Trying to cool down a bit after just running the 28 minutes. Warmer out than it looked. Still slow but more importantly steady pace. All week 8 runs done with an irritating tickly cough and runny nose so pleasantly surprised at my progress. Thursday is start of wk9, still can't believe how far I have come from being really unfit, struggling to do wk1 to here. Lots of good advice and encouragement and self discipline has really helped. If I can do it I am sure others can.
