Wow! I think I could live with missing the park run if this was the alternative ;) It looks fantastic. Enjoy and hopefully you won't get lost :),

What snake ?? Oh - that snake!!! That just a Carpet Python (commonly known as a carpet snake) - they are quite friendly and people allow them to stay in the roof of their houses/garages/sheds etc ( so long as they behave themselves) - keep any vermin/possums/etc down.

That looks lovely Bazza! Wish I could forego my Parkrun for that now and again. Enjoy! x

Well, I did my rainforest walk this morning. It was the longest walk I have ever done - over ridges and down into creek valleys. We were up in the clouds and I do now fully realise why it is called "rain forest!" - it rained continuously for 5 hours that it took for us to complete the walk (1/2 hour of that was in a nice dry cave having lunch!).

I did it quite easily -- but have to admit that I used some muscles and ligaments that I haven't used over my past 5 months/300 klms of running and tonight I am quite "tired" . I do think that this "walk" will do my running some good.

Not what you're looking for?
