Got confused what time it was so maybe should have gone earlier as quite hot luckily there was breeze Read article on plane ( that would be replacement plane as first one was hit by lightening coming into Edinburgh Argh! ) about running on holiday and it said don't worry about your plan / normal running schedule and just relax and enjoy doing something different . So just did circular path which was only 1.3 miles as we on hill so lots of up and down Felt really good after but might try little further next time Spent rest of day eating , swimming, eating, reading , eating .... you know me . Hey I am just going to chill out enjoy and have no guilt. Will try and get back on track when back home .
