Have now completed week 3 run 2 was really good but decided to run the 3rd one on the Grass around our local park. Not sure why but I found this more difficult and my son beat my around the 3.5km course.

I find running On grass difficult. I am always wary that I might go over on my ankle as the ground feels so uneven. I know on here there are the trail runners that love it, I am more a road runner. Happy running.
