Ive done it thanks, did my first run/walk tonight but did walk 1 minute run 1 minute as that is what someone said i needed to do! Never mind wednesday should be easier!
It would be best if you stick to the podcast and do the 60 second runs and 90 second walk breaks which are longer than what 'someone' told you to do. The programme is designed to give you steady progress with minimal risk of injury and prepare you for moving up to the next week. You also need to take the rest days between the running days as this is when your muscles recover and repair to come back that bit stronger each time. It's okay to do some low impact exercise on the non running days though such as walking, swimming, cycling, yoga, Pilates and so on. Good luck with your next run and best wishes.
I've had the same problem with certain links - keep trying as Fitmo says, you will find them or there's an app you can download. It really is worthwhile!
