You think wk9 R2 on Mon at 5pm is leaving enough rest time. I wld really like to have broken the back of wk 9 before I leave so that I can keep running when away.
Thanks in anticipation

I once did 5k on a Saturday morning then did 3km on the Sunday afternoon. I found it really hard going, although I know there are loads on here who do back to back runs ... if one of them is an easy run. Personally I know that in this point in my training (I am building up to 10k) I really really need at least 1 full rest day.
I would stick with taking a full rest day - you are far too close to graduation now to put that, or yourself, at risk of injury for the sake of a rest day. If you did sustain an injury it would spoil your holiday as well. If you plan to keep running whilst on holiday anyway then you could find a nice route and do your W9 runs there. It would not do any harm if you did your next run on Wednesday, or even Thursday at a pinch. It's entirely up to you but I'm sure you'd rather be as sure of your badge as possible rather than risk injury for the sake of a little patience. Good luck and best wishes whatever you decide.
Could you not run Tues/Thur/Sat/Mon this time around - that gives you a full day between each run.
Thanks for feedback. Due to time restraints can't be very flexible with my days. Certainly intend to run at least twice if not three times a week whilst on hols. I just wanted to have two of wk 9 runs under my belt, but would definately prefer to graduate a few days later than get injured. Thanks agai for advice. Glad to hear you are settling intoS Murphy runs Fitmo. I think I will give it a try myself after my hols
