I just got an email through saying I got Barking Parkrunner of the month! I can get a free pair of trainers from Sweatshop!

Thank you all for the kind words. It was nice to get the email because I haven't run since Saturday. I have been resting because my calves have been very tight so it was a nice pick-me-up! I would never have got close to getting this if it wasn't for C25K and the wonderful community here. Thanks!
