Not sure if it was offloading to all you lovely people or reading the lovely advice but the cloud seemed to lift and my head felt lighter -does that make sense Was away at weekend with all children grandchildren husband and dad and had a great time. Realised that my overeating when stressed really doesn't matter in scheme of things . Enjoying my runs although they are much shorter and about 2to3 mins per mile slower than usual . Grandson was making me practise running for children's cancer run next Sun and suggested I could borrow his dad's trainers as they are really really fast ! So problem solved. I now feel I am in much better place and will just enjoy myself on Sunday

Yes waletta we had great time at weekend Not sure how relaxing as wee ones always come into our bed early in morning which is fine when there are only two of them but one day 5 of them tried to fit in - just gave in and got up to play 6am
