Wanting the running to start - but finding it tough going

Bloomin hec! w2r1 over, the extra +30seconds a bit tough but I find myself wanting the 2 minute walk to be over so that I start the next run. Is this peculiar or what?

hi! I also found the extra 30 sec a bit tough, specially in the first run, but then it became easier, and yes, at the end of the 2 min walk I wanted to start running again :) I did W2R1 last Sunday, W2R2 tomorrow, let´s see. Good luck and best wishes.

Congratulations on completing r1 of week 2. Some weeks I found the walking intervals just far too long, but it's important to stick with it. Good luck for run 2

I guess it's just one of the little conundrums of the programme - we find the running tough at times, enjoy the walks and then want to run again. It's peculiar. Well done on completing the first run of week 2. Good luck with your next run and best wishes.

...and sometimes ur praying for the walk time to come round! !! If you find you are recovering quicker that's great news! Enjoy week2r2. Ur doing wonderfully well xxx

Haha know what you mean! But sometimes on the 90 second run, I'm praying for the walk to kick in!
