Week 9 run 2

Ran after work tonight which I find harder than an early morning. Feeling pleased that I did it as I feel very relaxed now. Overall I think this is a brilliant programme as it has helped me achieve more than I ever did at a gym.

Great news that you are so close to graduating. I also prefer early morning runs, or mid morning at the weekend. I think it is partly psychological and sets you up for the day. Great news that you did it and only 1 more run got go! I also agree I love running outside much more than gym workouts and it is so much more convenient as well as being free (apart from the kit)! Have fun on your graduation run.

Well done for doing it even though the timing wasn't perfect. Only one more before graduation - enjoy.

Well done. Looking forward to your graduation post shortly. Best wishes.
