Week2 Run2 Yay! but ouch!

I was really chuffed this morning as I found the second run of week 2 not too strenuous and overall really enjoyed it. (A lovely sunny morning helped, along with smiles and hellos from dog walkers and other runners) But... I have an ongoing problem with Plantar Faschiitis (from before I started running) and it seems to have really flared up today. Tried ice, stretches and massage. Fingers crossed with a day off tomorrow it will be good to go on Tuesday. Not sure if I should push on if it's not 100%
