Just dodged a really heavy shower for my morning run. Last couple of minutes on the last run hard again, just picked my head up and thought about the bit of weight I have lost but more so how toned I am becoming, lower abs becoming flat again and overall fitness massively improved in just 4 weeks and before I knew it Laura was saying time walk.

Great stuff Jol! Keep up the good work and you'll soon be svelt and the legs will become less like lead and more like springy springboks!

Laura will get you there, no worries. Keep going, and remember to have fun!

Well done. Another run and that's another week behind you. As you go on the legs might be a bit less heavy, if needs be you could always consider taking an extra rest day once in a while. Good luck with the third run of the week.
