Thanks for all your encouragement yesterday and you were all correct.. I did it! Slow and steady this morning and completed both 8 mins without stopping and felt I could have done another minute or so on the last run. Onwards to Run3..

Yes! Magic stuff. I've just done R3 - definitely mind over matter. But it was done. Good luck and keep going strong x

Well done, must admit I’m a little apprehensive but after this morning I do feel a bit more positive.. we will be runners!!

Nearly the perfect pace! You did a great job :-) Now onto W5R3 - same again, take it nice and easy and you'll be fine.
